STUDIO RULES

Please do not wear clothing with zippers, buttons or anything that could potentially tear or snag the sling material. Jewellery, including rings, bracelets, or earrings cannot be worn during class and please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or lotions.

Grip aid products ARE NOT to be used for any fabric equipment or apparatus.  For other apparatus such as Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Trapeze, Aerial (Flying Pole) and Corde we allow grip products but please ensure you clean the equipment after use and dont leave any risidual products on the floor or crashmats.

All payments must be received prior to the start of class and there will be no refunds for amounts paid for classes.

All packages and membership are not transferable, can not be shared and can not be extended passed the expiration date.

MOBILE PHONES

All mobile phones are to be turned off or set to silent and left in the storage cubes.

BOOKING A CLASS

Online bookings can be made via our website or straight from your mobile device by downloading the AerialFit app.  You can also email us to reserve your spot if you already have payment options saved.  Please be aware that no bookings are made without payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Aerial Dance Enrollments 

In week 6 of every term we offer an Early Bird special pricing giving students 10% off their first class. To be eligible for the early bird special students must book and pay IN FULL for their classes by Sunday 8pm of that week.

We also offer a 10% discount on every students second or subsequent classes.**

** This discount is applied to the class with the lower value and is not available with any other discount or offer.

Cancellations 

Cancellations of an enrollment booking must be sent to AerialFit in writing. Please note a cancellation fee may be applied and is determined on a sliding scale as listed below.

Full Refund less credit card transaction fee (8%) - More than 14 days notice of the commencement of the aerial term (more than 14 days prior to Monday 9am of week 1 of the term)

10% Deposit charged + credit card transaction fee of 8% - more than 7 days notice of the commencement of the aerial term but less than 14 days notice (between 14 and 7 days prior to Monday 9am of week 1).

50% Cancellation fee charged + credit card transaction fee of 8% – Less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the aerial term. (less than 7 days prior to Monday 9am of week 1).

100% Cancellation fee charge – After the commencement of week 1 of the aerial term (After Monday 9am of week 1 of the term)

NOTE: No refunds are given once the term has commenced, if you are unable to attend your class for an extended period of time due to injury or illness please speak with the admin team to discuss transferring options.(see make up class policy)

MAKE UP CLASS POLICY

During the Aerial Dance and Junior Aerial term it is expected that you attend the class you enrolled into each week at the same time and on the same day. Your term fees are paying for you to attend this class whether you are there or not. (Your instructor still gets paid the same rate to be there to teach you regardless of who is in attendance). If a student is unable to attend a class, they are given the option of doing a make-up class. Make up classes are limited with specific conditions. When enrolling it is expected that you have read the cancellation and make up class policies and accept the terms within these policies and follow the instructions when booking.

Make up classes DO NOT roll over and CANNOT be extended past the last day of term. 

MAKE UP POLICY CONDITIONS:

• Make Up Classes can only be offered to students within the same time period as their current term. 
• Make up classes DO NOT roll over and CANNOT be extended past the last day of term 
• Make up classes CANNOT not be used for private classes or workshops
• Make up class options are listed below, if there is not a suitable option then you willingly forfeit your class
• To receive a make up class you must fill out the website form 

The available make up class options are listed below. Make up classes are subject to availability and must be booked by the student via their online account.

Make Up Class Options

• Online Studio Classes (Barre, Pilates, Yoga)
• Aerial Conditioning scheduled classes
• Stretch and Flexibility scheduled classes
• Aerial Open training (apparatus hire for 50 minutes)**

Classes not permitted

** This is subject to apparatus availability and you are not guaranteed your preferred apparatus.

• Workshops and special events
• Private Classes
• Open Training with an instructor (unless the minimum number of participants has been reached)
• Aerial Yoga and Studio Classes

SPECIAL NOTE:

Some classes have a waitlist of students wanting to attend. For this reason it is really important that students who know they won’t be able to attend their scheduled class notify an AerialFit staff member to early cancel them from the class. This enables the student to then book a make up class and anyone waitlisted to attend the class.  We are in the process of working with MindBody to find a suitable option to enable students to book into the same class on a different day as a make up class.  Hopefully this will be available by term 5.

Instructions:

1. Notify the AerialFit team that you are unable to attend - fill out the website form 
2. Within 24 hours you will receive a make up class on your account to book at a suitable time for you.
3. Log into to your AerialFit account and sign in to your preferred make up class - www.aerialfit.com.au/make-up-class-booking
