Studio Director

Rebekka founded AerialFit in late 2014 and has over thirteen years’ experience in business management. From setting up and running her own bridal boutique at the age of twenty two to assisting lead partners within a large corporate consulting firm at PWC. Now fusing together her love for Aerials, Pilates and Dance Rebekka set up AerialFit to bring these exciting and fun forms of movement to the Hills. Rebekka is trained in Business Administration and Accounting and is currently undertaking her Pilates Mat Certification with over two years experience in Aerial Yoga.



Studio Manager

After studying Yoga Teaching at the Yoga Institute, and graduating in Medical Science (BSc) at The University of Technology Sydney, Becca's style of yoga incorporates Western science with Eastern wisdom. Her classes, however, capture the fun in fitness, as you cannot take anything too seriously! Following the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya, Becca invites you to join a breath centred vinyasa yoga practice that will increase your flexibility, strengthen your core, and challenge your balance, regardless of your level and experience. Becca is also a certified Fly Gym instructor, and incorporates her extensive yoga knowledge into her Aerial Yoga classes. You can expect a focus on using the breath to deepen and stabilise your aerial postures, which are taken from traditional yoga asanas (postures)!



Aerial and Yoga Instructor

Since the moment she stepped onto the mat, Vanessa has fallen in love with the notion that a dedicated yoga practice can bring yourself back in touch with your body and your mind. She has always led an active life, but since finding Yoga, and more recently Aerial Yoga and Aerial Dance, she has definitely found her calling. Vanessa especially loves working with beginners, because she knows first-hand how perseverance and a positive attitude can make you achieve things you never thought possible (until 2014 she couldn't even touch her toes!). Her ultimate goal as an instructor is to help others feel happy, strong and beautiful – inside and out.



Fly Gym & Fitness Instructor

Megon is an aspiring dancer. She possesses a great attitude and believes in highly in positivity and happiness. Megon is a trained dancer, with 13 years of experience, so far. She loves to participate in many active hobbies such as running, yoga, dancing, cheerleading, athletics, netball, karate (brown belt) ,hockey, gymnastics, acrobatics, and of course aerial and fly gym. Megon is a health and fitness enthusiast and enjoys what life has to offer. Megon's goal is to inspire those around by sharing her passion and empowering others to do the same.



Aerial Instructor

Isobel is a part-time professional aerialist and part-time events manager who specialises in static trapeze and lyra (aerial hoop). She has competed in Miss Lyra NSW and worked on shows around Sydney. Isobel spends every spare moment training to perfect her skills and learn new transitions. She loves crafting new and beautiful routines to challenge her students. She is passionate about helping her students build strength and reach their goals.




Aerial and Barre Instructor

Becky Savage is a classically trained dancer of over 20 years with a background of Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary & Musical Theatre. She's the most bopping instructor you'll have, and if you need a shot of energy into your day, stop by her BarreFit class to get the heart pumping! Super excited to be a part of the AerialFit team, Becky's all about providing great fitness exercises in Barre & Aerials in an encouraging & fun environment.
She believes that moving your body, eating & breathing well is the essentials to living a happy & healthy life.



Aerial and Barre Instructor

After he started dancing at the age of 7 years old, Josh hasn’t turned back! Currently studying a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Theatre) at the University of Wollongong, Josh loves all forms of theatre and has performed in a number of musicals but is taking the next step into teaching Aerial Dance, Barre and Performing Arts Troupe! Expect a unique yet vibrant teaching style through his various forms of training to encourage the best out of each of the students he works with (and a whole lot of laughs too.)

If you like showtunes, sweat and smiles, swing by the studio to catch Josh in his element teaching Barre or soaring through the air, and laugh your way through a class alongside him!



Pilates Instructor

The student has become the master, and we're so excited to have Lauren join the Aerial family as our newest qualified Pilates instructor!

After attending classes for years, Lauren took the next step in her Pilates journey, training to become an instructor, specialising in pre- and post-natal movement and recovery.

If you've ever wanted to know more about pilates, Lauren's our resident pilates genius, and always happy for a chat.



Aerial and Yoga Instructor

Paige began her Yoga journey as a means to find peace amongst anxiety, and shares her calming teaching in our Aerial and Power Yoga Classes. Catch her in the air in Aerial Dance, where she combines previous Yoga study with all the flips and tricks of Aerial Dance - bringing joy, grace and fun to every moment.
