RACHEL S - AERIAL INSTRUCTOR
SPECIALISES IN FLYING POLE, SILKS & LYRA
Rachel commenced her athletic journey with sport aerobics and cheerleading. In 2014, she decided to explore something new and instantly fell in love with pole dancing. The excitement continued as she added aerial silks to her repertoire in 2015. Rachel's teaching journey began with a focus on pole dance, stretch, and fitness, expanding to include silks, flying pole, and occasional lyra sessions at aerialfit. A strong advocate for conditioning, Rachel prioritizes her students' strength and safety in the air. Alongside her role as a registered nurse, safety remains paramount in Rachel's teaching philosophy, emphasizing gradual learning and symmetry on both sides of the body. Witnessing those light bulb moments, where students realize they've mastered a skill they've diligently worked on, brings immense joy to Rachel's day.
