PILATES CLASSES

If you're wanting to strengthen your core, and strengthen post childbirth, this is the class for you! We often get a lot of weightlifters, new mums and achy students come in to pilates to rehabilitate injury, reduce back pain, and learn how to properly engage their core.

Pilates mat classes center around the floor work developed by Joseph H. Pilates, and range from beginner to advanced exercises. Using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.  Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Studio Class Weekly Passes require a minimum committment of 6 months and are billed monthly.
Your Studio Class Pass can be used to attend a variety of Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Barre, Strength, Conditioning, and Flexibility classes.

NEED HELP BOOKING YOUR CLASS?

You can easily purchase a class or membership by simply selecting the purchase button on the right hand side of the item you wish to purchase. Once you select purchase it will take you to a login screen where you can sign into your existing account or set one up. It only take a few minutes and is really easy.

Alternatively you can book your class and pay for a pass or membership via the online class schedule and select sign up to the class of your choice.
