Deep Stretch (Yin)

Find a little extra peace in Yin, a slow paced style of yoga with poses, known as asanas, are held for longer periods of time to release into the tendons, fascia and ligaments to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Holding a gentle pose that feels just right for five minutes or more, Yin brings a more meditative approach to yoga, cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. A super relaxing class as the stretches you are holding all involve sitting or lying on your mat, you will have props galore to make you comfortable enough to completely relax and focus on your breathing, mindfulness or meditation. Great for increasing flexibility, relieving back pain & reducing anxiety, it's the perfect piece of me-time.



Power Flow


Think Yoga is a boring class? Let Power Flow break all the rules as you get sweaty head to toe in a grounding practice that will leave your heart racing and your body exhilarated. A mix of flowing sequences and tricky balances, this is the flow that lights up your insta feed and makes you feel like a Yogi yourself.

Your core, arms & legs are going to be put to work in this class, which often might focus on standing balances, core work, arm balances, handstands or headstands. With modifications for every skill level, all are welcome, as long as you’re expecting to get your sweat on.


Vinyasa FloW

That’s a mouthful isn’t it? Don't be turned off by the fancy name though! The word “Vinyasa” simply means “breath-synchronised movement” or “flow”. Essentially, the class flows from one pose to the next in time with the breath. This flowing movement is dance-like, graceful and a creative style of yoga, whilst staying true to form and technique. Besides the common benefits to the mind and body that associates a regular Yoga practice, Vinyasa Yoga works well to create heat in the body, naturally! This has a cleansing effect, through increased circulation of blood and sweating. This heat helps prevent injury, and work deeper into lengthening and strengthening muscles, tendons and hard tissues. Moving in and out in a graceful flow strengthens stabilising muscle groups, works the core, increases endurance in the legs and tones the arms. Physically, a great class for overall body toning & lengthening.

Studio Class Weekly Passes require a minimum committment of 6 months and are billed monthly.
Your Studio Class Pass can be used to attend a variety of Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Barre, Strength, Conditioning, and Flexibility classes.

You can easily purchase a class or membership by simply selecting the purchase button on the right hand side of the item you wish to purchase. Once you select purchase it will take you to a login screen where you can sign into your existing account or set one up. It only take a few minutes and is really easy.

Alternatively you can book your class and pay for a pass or membership via the online class schedule and select sign up to the class of your choice.
