Conditions: I am aware that I am required to give 12 hours notice if I wish to early cancel out of my scheduled enrollment. After this time I will forfeit my class and it will be classified as a late cancellation. I am aware that there may not always be a make up class available. I am aware that my make up class expires at the end of the current term and I can not get refunded for the cost or use it in lieu of payment for any other class or workshop or term enrolment.  To view the full make up class policy please click here.
