Don't let the name scare you! You don't need to put your head through your legs ... In fact you don't even have top be able to touch your toes! This class is all about building flexibility in a safe way.

Contortion is not only a great class to assist you with your flexibility on the floor it also translates directly to you aerial training as well. We focus on body position and strength to help give you the most control over your flexibility. We specifically work on splits, back and shoulder flex however our main focus is training all of these things in a safe manner for your body. This is a term based class so you can always talk to your instructor about your goals so you can get the most out of your class.

We leave nothing out, when it comes to Contortion and Flexibility! You'll work hard and see results!

UNSURE ? ? Why

We offer trial classes before the start of each term to allow you to have a feel for the class before committing to the term.  Trial classes are $35 each and run for 60 minutes. If you can't wait that long please contact us and organise a private class with one of our instructors.
